1.3. The Application uses Supabase to read data (e.g., vocabulary lists) but does not write or store any user data on Supabase.

1.4. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Data and Privacy

2.1. The Application does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information. All data is stored locally on your device.

2.2. You have full control over your data. You can clear your progress or delete the Application at any time, which will remove all locally stored data.

3. Advertisements

3.1. The Application may display third-party advertisements to support its free usage. These advertisements help us maintain and improve the Application.

4. Notifications and Widgets

4.2. The Application uses a home widget to display vocabulary words on your device's home screen. This feature requires background services to function properly.

4.3. You can manage notification and widget settings within your device settings.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content within the Application, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of the developer and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5.3. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of any part of the Application is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
